Four steps from decision to key

Once your offer is accepted, the transfer at the notary usually takes 6–8 weeks. You can start even while your current lease is still running.

    Budget and search

    We clarify your budget, review suitable homes together, and join you for viewings.

  2. 02During the offer

    The offer

    We run a market-value analysis, agree your offer strategy together, and submit the offer.

  3. 03After the contract

    Sales contract and mortgage application

    We review the sales contract in detail and explain the key clauses. Once signed, your mortgage adviser starts the application.

  4. 046–8 weeks after acceptance

    Final check, notary and keys

    We check your file and the payment statement together, do the final walkthrough on transfer day, then go to the notary. The keys are yours after transfer.
