One fixed fee, not a percentage
Our fee is a fixed amount we agree together up front, not a percentage of the sale price.
Payment only at transfer
You don't pay anything unless you actually buy a home. That's our No Cure No Pay principle.
The buyer's additional costs
In the Netherlands you can finance up to 100% of the home's appraised value. The buyer's additional costs are usually roughly 2-6% of the purchase price, paid from your own savings.
Transfer tax exemption for ages 18-35
This exemption, which can apply to eligible first-time buyers, can significantly lower your total cost.
