Payment only at transfer
The fee is only due once you've actually bought a home, on the day you go to the notary.
One fixed fee, no surprises
Our fee is a fixed amount we agree together up front, not a percentage of the sale price.
The risk is ours, not yours
If the process doesn't lead to a purchase, we don't charge anything. That keeps our interest aligned with getting you the right home on the right terms.
